Scope of Policy This policy applies to all OEM cooler motor purchases through sellectmotors.com.
Return Window You have a few days (lasts 30 days or more it depends) from delivery to request a return or replacement. Motors must be unused and in original condition, along with original packaging and paperwork.
Return Process Initiate a return by contacting our support team with order details. After approval, ship back the item. We’ll provide instructions and return address.
Inspection & Condition We inspect returned motors for signs of misuse, damage, or alteration. OEM motors used beyond testing or modified are not eligible for return.
Refund or Replacement Options
Replacement: If eligible, we can dispatch a replacement motor.
Refund: Upon inspection approval, we will refund the cost of the motor, excluding any shipping or handling fees. Processing typically takes 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items Motors installed or damaged due to incorrect voltage, misalignment, or external causes are not eligible for return or refund.
Shipping Responsibility You are responsible for safe shipment back to us. Please pack securely to prevent damage in transit.
